I would give 0 stars if I could. We purchased a used vehicle from Palm Coast Ford dealership just a few weeks ago. It only took two weeks before it broke down well before we even had We purchased a used vehicle from Palm Coast Ford dealership just a few weeks ago. It only took two weeks before it broke down well before we even had our first payment. The vehicle had been regularly serviced at this dealership before it was traded in as verified in its Carfax. Their own mechanic informed us that the part that failed was known to them on their service records before it was sold to us and not fixed. We understand it was sold as is and the only warranty was offered to pay for 50% of the cost, but considering they knew about this, we feel the right thing to do would be to fix it. Buyers beware they won’t do right by you and will sell you a vehicle they know has problems that they won’t take care of before selling it to you and leaving you will the bill. More
